Hi all,

Is there any way to pull such things as delivered impressions, number
of clicks, etc?

Thanks,
Tyler

Hi Tyler,

We will be offering two ways:

1) Through the ReportService which has not launched yet, but is our
top priority right now.
2) Through "stats" objects on the main objects: LineItem, Order,
etc...

Thanks,
Adam

Ok Adam - what about the opposite? Can we upload information into the
DFP system to enable automated optimisation when we cannot accurately
count the number of billable events using a post impression or post
click spotlight tag.

Can we push in stats such as "offline conversions" when these
conversions are recorded by (for example) our call centre which counts
the number of "connected calls" that are made. This would help when
we want to count the number of valid phone numbers provided by our
audience to a client (as the A in a CPA) - and we want to count it
automatically by linking to their call centre software.

Hi Robin,

Just to clarify, you would like to attach your information about
orders/lineitems that would help you in your offline conversion count?

Currently, there are no defined metrics such as these, but we do offer
a http://code.google.com/apis/dfp/docs/reference/OrderService.Order.html#notes
field. You would probably be able to overload this however you wanted.

I'll make this feature suggestion to our team though.

Thanks,

Is there any timeline when this reporting might become available?

I'm currently only interested in the API to be able to make a simple
direct ad report for advertisers to look at. Forcing them to login to
a Google Account to view a report is not practical.

I would love to be able to get a day by day breakdown, of a particular
line item, with it's impression count, clicks, and CTR.

Even if I had to do 1 day at a time, or declare a range of a day and
repeat, for a month. Right now I have my sales rep logging and and
hand pasting values into reporting tool.

Thanks

We are still hard at work on it, but you will definitely be able to
accomplish the use cases you have outlined above.

We will have more info about the report service soon.

Thanks,
