but this would require that all my pages are in the google image
index, right?

googlebot-image has been crawling all the photos on my website for
more than 2 months, and i still do not see a single of my photos in
google-image (while a large number of them are in the MSFT live.com
image index and yahoo image).

Hi loupiote,

Currently, any page that you make available for your CSE will also be
available to return as a result on Google.com because CSE uses the
same crawl system as Google.com. Hope that helps clarify things.

Browser back button when using CSE in your own site

When I use CSE in a div on a page in my site, the page loads twice,
the first time the results are displayed and on the second a # is
added to the url with a number after it. Because of this # the browser
back button does not work properly in Firefox and not great in IE.

I use different Google Custom Search pages, but some of them do not
work.

1.) The search page with that search the whole web but excludes some
websites does not work:
I exclude: *.telegraaf.nl/* but when I search for news it is still
