  Hello, &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;i have created a custom search engine for our web site but it doesn&#39;t &lt;br&gt; show any results. The site is not commercial it&#39;s just a school &lt;br&gt; project and we have putted it here: &lt;br&gt; &lt;a target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=nofollow href=&quot;http://www.ypeer.net/hci/&quot;&gt;[link]&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;So i don&#39;t know if Google is able to get to our page at all.   I have recently updated my site, submitted a sitemap, but my search &lt;br&gt; engine is &lt;br&gt; still indexing and showing old pages(two weeks before) that have not &lt;br&gt; either been updated, or even completely deleted. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt; I am free to user &amp;quot;Google Site Search&amp;quot;, sure I need to buy &amp;quot;Google &lt;br&gt; Site Search&amp;quot; first then you can updated my search engine more

  Thank you, Christine, &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;When the time comes, I pray I will be registered as a 501(c)(3). It &lt;br&gt; isn&#39;t that I don&#39;t like the ads, though. If I could exclude ads like I &lt;br&gt; can search results, that would be ideal. For now, I&#39;ll opt out of &lt;br&gt; having ads and will comply if the policy changes or I register as a 501

  Hi guys, &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Sitebereit, glad you got your CSE working the way you want. Greg, &lt;br&gt; Sitebereit is correct that we don&#39;t currently require your site to be &lt;br&gt; a registered non-profit in order to display results with no ads. &lt;br&gt; However, it&#39;s possible that this will change in the future so I&#39;d &lt;br&gt; encourage you to register as a 501(c)(3) when you get the chance.

  Thank you very much, &lt;br&gt; I did`nt see the option. I have edit my CSE (you can edit and change &lt;br&gt; an excisting CSE) and now is all fine - no advertising. And it is`nt &lt;br&gt; necessary to register anywhere. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Keep attention that you use a supportet browser - with Safari it &lt;br&gt; does`nt work...

  Do the non-profits need to be registered as such? I run an &lt;br&gt; organization that is non-profit, but we haven&#39;t yet registered with &lt;br&gt; the IRS as a non-profit. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Thanks, &lt;br&gt; Greg

  Christine, &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I&#39;m experiencing the same problem: CSE is showing results for the &lt;br&gt; wrong URLs. I will use on-demand to see if it solves the issue. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;One question though: The sitemap data shows the right number of URLs &lt;br&gt; with a Last Crawled date of today. If that&#39;s true, then why is my CSE &lt;br&gt; not updated?

  <title type="text">Excluded Sites for Ads</title>

  I was wondering about having the excluded sites being for ads. I found &lt;br&gt; an ad I wouldn&#39;t want to show up when a user searches using my CSE. &lt;br&gt; So, I put the address in my excluded sites. However, the ad still &lt;br&gt; shows up.
