Contacts V3 support in the .NET SDK

I have just submitted the code and binaries that i believe make this
feature complete. It is not yet included in the setup, so if you want
to get it and play with it, you need to go here:

cs/lib

to download the build binaries, or just checkout the whole subversion
repository.

This supports v3 protocol, structured names and addresses etc.
