How to batch query in Contacts API

Hello,

I see batch operations are supported by GData Contacts API, however
I'm not clear how to do a batch GET using the Java client library.
I've seen the BatchUtils class but it gets in its setBatchId and
setBatchOperationType methods an entry object as a parameter.

Since I only have the URL to query the contact, how do I create the
entry object from that??
