My need: A public code database which could also connect users needing
specific code jobs to be done by Google Code Search registered coders.
It would be a site that was easy to navigate and easy to enter your
specific needs. Each providing registered coder would be rated by
those who hired them previously based on their price, quality of code
and efficiency, etc. Maybe PayPal or the like to handle the exchange.
It seems like Google has all the pieces it needs to do this. I trust
Google with anything they do based on their current and past
performance. Again, I was hoping this is where this might happen. I am
really bummed now but will search on these other sites you mention for
such a service. It's a win-win plan for all. I hope it shows up
somewhere, sometime.
