You can reset the repository yourself by clicking the 'reset' link at
the bottom of your project's Source tab.

I'm trying to import code for the X-map project. I'm following

It's already done, but the project updates history wont flush, which
is compromising our personal data.

You can make the new email address an owner of the project, and then
using that user remove the ownership from the old account. Maybe that
will do what you need?

Google Code is for open source projects only, which means they must
always be anonymously world-readable. If you want privacy, you need
to use a different hosting service.

No. Google Code is an open source project host. Being open source means that
your code and documentation is open for the whole world to see, no hiding or
"castes" of people allowed/not allowed to view certain parts.

What you are describing appears to be private project hosting, which is not
supported at this time.

The main problem is that we started this project using one of our
partner's personal e-mail addresses (intended for personal use only)
and now that we have made new gmail addresses we want to start using
them (at GPL work)
That partner is strongly pushing us back because he really doesn't
want his personal mail address to be related with his public one.

We employ many strategies to decrease our load in SVN including a
separate Maven dependency repository, but we're still full.
