Still working on my project (localhost)...almost done, but today i
noticed that, i can't access my hosting project and my profile

I understand very well, but there are misunderstandings those files is
not my project,

NB: My project not finished yet!

- Files
CRON.exe - executable file ,NB: my own program
IMG_01842.jpg - JPG Image ,I know I am wrong for this
wininet.dll - Dynamic Link Library , somebody has a wininet.dll
problem ,please see post#20

Again, code.google.com is for open source projects who have source code,
also, your project looks very spammy and uses google language, so....no.

Yes, it seems extremely spammy:

1.  an executable file, but no source code
2.  no clear explanation of what the project is
3.  support phone numbers (is this some sort of business?)
4.  pretending to be Google
