is i never deleted them and at the history it seems as deletion
without any by section or revision section. Is there any way to get
them back.
Here is my update log :

I don't see any mention of the wiki at
http://code.google.com/p/faredirfare/updates/list, nor is there a
/wiki directory in your subversion repository (which is where the wiki
is stored).

FWIW (I'm just a bystander), I see the entry serayuzgur quotes in the updates as of Nov 08, 2011, currently on page
<http://code.google.com/p/faredirfare/updates/list?num=50&start=50>

I note that it is missing a revision number and that it occurs precisely before the first SVN commit, and that previous updates show different revision numbers with bogus links. This would seem to indicate that the repository was reset, and it is being displayed in a slightly unhelpful fashion.

You are correct.

When you reset the repository, there's first some text about how
resetting the repository is normally not necessary (and in this case
it doesn't look like it was), and then there's a big red warning,
"Warning: Resetting the repository will delete everything in the
repository and its history. This includes project wiki files."
