My project http://code.google.com/p/shawphy/ is marked as "Scheduled for deletion due to Violation of TOS". I think I know the reason. I uploaded "editplus.rar" in Downloads. But I have no idea about how to delete it and make my site work.
Yes, that is the problem. I've deleted it for you and enabled your project.
In the future, please make sure that everything you upload is open source and that does not contain any malware that may negatively impact the perception of OS software.
