In light of the recent banning of JSMin from Google Code (see [1] and [2]) due to licensing issues, I thought you might like to know that the new Etherpad project includes jsmin.js and is thus in violation of Google Code's terms of service:

Thanks, Dan, can you pull jsmin from the the etherpad project? Users will have to download it themselves until Crockford can use a license that is osi compliant.
