Hi,

jsmin-php which is derived from jsmin (and shares the license) is not
open source. It is not an MIT license. The license contains a vague and
unenforceable use restriction, and was not allowed in Fedora for that
reason:

The upstream author of jsmin has refused to change the license to remove
the restriction.
