when will the SDK upgrade kubectl >= 1.10?

I have been using kubectl as installed by the gcloud sdk (currently rel 206) and it is limited at v 1.9

I note the release notes posted at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-cloud-sdk-announce.

When will kubectl >1.10 be added to the sdk?

Hi Gallagher,

I don't have a definite timeline about kubectl version >1.10 with Gcloud SDK. You can follow the cloud public documentation[1] for SDK release note including kubectl version updates.
