Could you please provide an example URL and some more details about the scenario where you experience this problem?

I'm trying to see what may be wrong with the loaded files, but when looking under either the Resources tab, or the Network tab, I can't see the files being loaded anywhere. Some of the icons contained in the file are working so I know they must have loaded, so where are they?
