Linux TSAN buildbot freezes

I'm looking for an appropriate owner for this bug: http://crbug.com/159234

Over the past few weeks, there have been repeated false alarms, where it appears some of the tests in content_unittests are causing the bot to freeze.  However, the logs almost always indicate that the freezing is occurring within the test framework itself (not before/after the start-up/tear-down of a test itself).

Part of the trickiness is this: When the supposedly faulty unit tests are disabled, the problem goes away for a time, but then other tests suddenly start to [appear to] cause freezing again.

The thing is, it looks like a tools issue.  ;-)  Who owns support for the Linux TSAN buildbot and/or the tool itself (running unit tests on TSAN)?

A Chrome Developer Tools issue (F12 on a web page in Chrome)?

If not, chromium-dev :) They will surely know who owns anything.
