Before, when you would make adjustments to CSS from the elements section you would get a expand button for the affected files. Would show you an updated one, and the original. It looks like the original file still exists in the Resources section and the newer one is in Sources section but it feels like it's not nearly as convenient as it used to be.
I'm not able to get changes to save in sources either. I haven't done any work on anything in over a month and apparently chrome has updated and made things seemingly more of a headache.
