My account was verified last fall. I even made one purchase from one
of my mfg's with the account. However, we just launched. My account
was labeled as "unavailable" and so i called my bank. I even spoke to
my branch manager who said this is an issue with Google, to call them.

I am not sure if I have set up my Google account the right way. I am
trying to find out if I sell something in my Ecrater store, if the
payment is going to go through. Also how much I am going to be
charged. I do not understand adwords. I do not want fees.

We have a credit card on file which is NOT expired or invalid. I JUST
got off the phone AGAIN with AMEX and they see the Google multiple
attempts at verification and have approved each one. Our card still

Paypal has changed it's policies and makes this automatic so the
buyers always gets there money back with a SNAD with no chance for the
seller to dispute the claim. This is outrageous. Your seller
protection excludes this possibility, and leaves the seller open to
fraud in this regard.
