They use that as a excusess to get you to send them ids and crap such
as paypal dose Google dose not even check or verfiy credit cards when
you sign up! they did this shit to me and now that want reciptes from
my supplyer what bullshit i dont have any suppliers and if google was
so worried about this they should request this info up front. The way
i see it they dont request this info till after you make the account
beacuse alot of people wouldnt use it if they had to send id fax to
them so they wait till you open a account and get money in there then
hold the funds hostage just as paypal dose till you send them every
thing they want.
