Under the Payout tab are they showing as purchases for the same day?
if so then they would be scheduled for the same payout assuming each
purchase was made before 5pm pacific time. it could be that they both
show as purchases but weren't credited before 5pm. This is the first
post I have seen referring to this.
Once a payout is initiated, it may not show in the Payouts tab for 24
hours. if you had a payout limit, that could effect the payout.
