I have a user with the same email address making multiple orders using
different names and address.

I would do as BigGryph mentioned and then approach the legal avenues.
Simply having Google Checkout as a payment method for an item
violating a patent doesn't make it Google's job to enforce the patent.
That is a job of the courts as directed by you, the patent holder.

If this item can be located in Google Base, when you click on the link
you will see a link to "Report Bad Item". Of course you have legal
recourse. Without a lot of Drama, you might try contacting them and
explain you will take legal action is they don't stop.

I have found a company selling a product that violates my company's

I would like clients to buy in their own currency !!!
My GC account is in GBP sterling.
I use the free GC merchant account and use simple BUY NOW buttons.
Can i use seperate buy now buttons to sell the same products to UK
clients in GBP, USA clients in U$D and eurozone clients in Euros ?

Its just that as i create the buy now buttons GC appears to default to

If they have a time line, they are keeping it to themselves. People
all over the world are wondering the same thing. Sorry, but I don't
think it will be anytime soon. They don't even have Canada yet!

Have you checked your integration console inside of your google
checkout account for problems?

This may not be showing the problem, but is a good starting point.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Google checkout level 1 is working. But it does not take the shipping
charges.
So I am working with Google checkout level 2 which has many advanced
features (such as shipping)
But when I clicked the google checkout button the following errors
come:

"Oops!
We were unable to process your request."

Jason,

I would consider our company to be enterprise-level using Google
Checkout. And like any enterprise-level company we would not allow
ourselves to completely rely on a single service for all of our
payment processing. It simply isn't worth the risk, whether it is
Google checkout or another payment processor.

The account has been reinstated but have yet to receive a response
answering any of my questions. I think my questions as to how this
happened and why it took so long to get a response deserve an answer.

Don't know why my brain skipped this, but you can use the same account
for multiple sites also. I must have had a brain freeze. I use my
account in GBase and on two of my sites via buttons and [link]
cart.
