GC for ZC Mod help/support documents

The (rough) online "community supported" documents we have thus far
includes:

1. GC for ZC Mod FAQ <-- Ready for community contributions and
suggestions.

2. Commonly Asked Questions List <-- This doc will soon contain links
to specific areas in the FAQ and the Readme, as well as links to
relevant forum posts. (may need to rename this document to not confuse
with the FAQ).

3. Readme Summary & Suggestions <-- Ready for community to make
suggestions.

Notes:

* Click "Pages" in the right column to access any of the documents.

* These are living and breathing documents and are not written in
stone (subject to change). Some info may be moved from one document to
another and links made in between. Apply the info at your own risk.

* A wiki might be the better vehicle to support these documents. But
let's see how well Google Groups works out for the docs.

* The ongoing development of these support/help documents depend on
the community, so please contribute when/what you can.

* You can make suggestions, recommendations and/or submit corrections
by replying to the specific document.
