Subject: Mimic Charts Tooltip style outside of chart

Our client loves the charts that we have added to their application, but
they are being picky about styling consistency across other parts of the
app that have tooltips on mouseover that don't exactly match the look of
the tooltips in the charts. There are options out there for changing the
styling of the default chart tooltip, but what our client would rather have
is an exact match to the default in the other parts of our application. Is
there a relatively simple way to do access that default styling so that we
can apply it to our own tooltips?
