Old map of Europe? Impossible to highlight Serbia or Montenegro?!?!?

I'm very surprised to find Google-chart Europe map is pretty old :(

Country Serbia&Montenegro doesn't exist from June 3, 2006, when
Montenegro declared independence.

I'm unable to highlight Serbia or Montenegro with url:

instead of two countries.
