How do i pass start time and end time

full-noattendees returning events with guests 
  I am using the PHP API, and trying to get a list of events (of a certain title) that have no guests. Google Calendar return the error of "Operation could not be completed" to updated-min parameter

Send Invitation to New Guests from Google Calendar Data API

Setting max_results on private CalendarEventQuery for non-default calendar 
  I currently get my calendar event feed through the python api's GetCalendarEventFeed(url) api, where url is '/calendar/feeds/ <calendar_id>/private/full'. Setting free/busy status when creating an event 
  When I create events with the API, they're defaulting to "show me as busy" I assume this is because the calendar is set to default all events to show as busy Is there a value to set the event to "available" on creation?
