I have to agree that pretty much worthless to not allow syncing with
3rd party devices for the Sports Calendars. When I'm seeing if I have
anything going on, where am I going to look...my phone, that's where.
Why? Because it's on me at all times and I have it synced to
everything I possibly can. So why, on God's green Earth, would you
offer such a great feature as the Sports Calendars..and then limit the
functionality of them? Please explain the reasoning behind such a
mistake in development? Thanks.

This is so crazy. I use Google because I'm able to access it anywhere
on all of my devices. PERIOD! This is a step backward. If the sports
teams demanded this then you should have turned them down.

Trevor - this seems to be a misnomer. I've spoken to several people
that claim to be able to sync these calendars to their T-mobile G1
(Android) phones. Are they just blowing smoke rings or has the
functionality changed?
Thanks!

Come on guys, Public calendars are one of the beauties of Google
Calendar, why limit it!. I own both Android phone and an iPhone and
finally found an answer to why I cant sync my sports calendars :( I
hope you're considering to change this. Looking forward to a solution.
Can you at least consider implementing the option to export these
sports calendars so we can import them into our personal cal.

That's just ridiculous Trevor. If you're planning on only allowing
them to be seen on a Google phone, which I have a feeling might be the
case, then you're going to have a lot of angry customers on your
hands. This does not live up to Google's reputation!

Although this is true..I found a way around it. Go to yahoo sports
and find your teams homepage there. Go to schedule and click on add
to calendar and choose the google calendar option. After you add it
go to your phone and do a google sync. After that go to options to
manage your calendars and your new calendars should be there. I have
successfully done this for an NBA team and NHL. I haven't been able
to do college teams yet.

Add my voice to the complaints about this issue. I mean, seriously, I
have a GOOGLE G1 PHONE!!! And I STILL can't sync my GOOGLE SPORTS
CALENDAR?!!? Duh!
I can't begin to imagine why Google is doing this. Maybe I'll start
using some other phone, some other calendar, some other search
engine...
