Hey everyone,

If you’re receiving an error when trying to submit your log file,
don’t worry…we’re aware of this happening. Obviously, this little
problem prevents us from seeing your log file, which is the most
useful bit of info for diagnosing Google Calendar Sync problems :-P

If the form doesn’t allow you to submit your log file because it’s too
big, please provide a portion of it (as much as possible) or just
write in the box something like “Can’t submit log because too large
for form.”

The details we’ve been receiving are really helpful for our
investigations into the various Google Calendar Sync issues.

Thank you for all the reports we’ve received. I’m sorting through each
and every one and adding info to our existing investigations. The
submissions on the form have also helped me to categorize new issues
that are affecting multiple people and need to be looked at in depth.

I originally intended for the Google Calendar Sync Reporting form to
be temporary and it’s time to close it down.

For people who want to report issues and haven’t done so yet, please
try searching this Help Group for more info as well as the Help Center

To everyone who has reported issues and are waiting for a fix…please
continue to be patient. We’re working hard to resolve issues with
Google Calendar Sync.
