I'm experiencing this problem for the first time today, and it is
making me VERY ANGRY!!!
I haven't changed settings or have done anything differently today
than any other day. I have three calendars, and only one is not
loading. There's absolutely nothing unique about this calendar in
comparison to the other two that are working fine; i.e, I do not have
this calendar shared in any way. I have not been able to access this
calendar for the past hour.
When I try to load the calendar, it gives me two messages:
1. "Oops, we couldn't load details for your calendar, please try again
in a few minutes"
2. "One or more of your selected calendars could not be loaded at this
time. You can try to re-select the hidden calendars in a few moments."

Not sure what the deal is/was, but my calendar came back hours later.
Not sure exactly how long it was out, but I was not able to access my
calendar for at least five hours.
But that was no help. I truly believe at this point that the issue
was not with my computer, browser cache, or security settings, as
suggested in the above article. I was not able to find any useful
help to fix this issue, which a lot of people have obviously
experienced based on all the postings. I'm very afraid that the
problem might happen again, and it only reassures the fact that I
should be backing up my own data elsewhere... I somehow had this
misconception that Google was reliable enough.
