OS Symbols

Hi there,

At Mozilla we've been collecting Breakpad-format symbol files for
Windows and OS X system libraries for quite a while, since they show
up in all of our crash reports. A Breakpad user asked how we were
getting them, and I pointed him at our scripts (
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Breakpad:Symbols#Windows_system_symbols ),
but I also got one our IT guys to tar up the entire set that we've
gathered so far. If you're processing crash reports on Windows or OS X
you might find this useful:

uncompressed)

Thanks Ted, that's brilliant. I've been pulling them down for OSX versions as we need them, but having the whole set in one batch will save us lots of time.

Sorry to awaken an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has a recent set of breakpad symbol files for OSX libraries?  Looks like the original link is down.  I found Ted's script for gathering OSX symbols that I'm sure we could modify for our needs, but thought it was worth asking.  Thanks!
