Need some assistance w/ Blogger To WordPress Conversion

Hi,

I need some help, I'm stuck. I have a rather large blogger blog
(124MB) with roughly 400 posts and 75,000 comments and I'm moving it
to WordPress. Well the blogger import tool that WordPress provides is
not working, it's stopping after so many. I tried using this
blogger2wordpress app but found out my file is too large, bummer.
However, I downloaded the converter and uploaded it a dedicated server
i have to try and convert the file using my own resources and I am
getting the following error:
