I deploying an app script from my personal Google account to interface with Twillo to retrieve SMS messages.  The script is deployed to run as me and requires 'Anyone, even anonymous' access rights but that option does not show up on the deployment page.  I have seen a few posts that say a Drive and Dock permission has to be set on the 'Admin Console' but I see no such option anywhere in my settings.

Can someone point me to the appropriate settings to allow the correct 'who has access' settings for a deployed app script?

The option you are referring to is now called 'Everyone'.

The Drive and Dock permissions and Admin Console you are referring to are for those using Enterprise or Education Workspace accounts.  Sometimes an administrator may have disabled the ability to deploy a webapp to anyone.

Seeing as you are using a personal gmail account, you are not being controlled by an administrator.

Thank you for the reply. I do appreciate the clarification, but I am still missing the solution.  I do not get an 'Everyone' option in the deployment dialog either.

Anyone is correct. I could have sworn the option was 'Everyone'.

I think your error may be elsewhere. Not with the deployment option

What error do you get?

Well, I was getting an authorization failed error... but I realized today that something else was going on and after some extensive experimentation I realized the error was really that I didn't fully understand the deployment process.  I apparently had more than one version deployed and they were all executing giving me confusing results.  Once I archived the versions I didn't want it started showing errors I understood and finally corrected.

I appreciate your help and patience.

This would happen on Gmail accounts. Only Workspace accounts get the extra options to limit to domain
