First a slides show and now a sheet just popped into my Drive with a long and suspicious script about withdrawing money.

Any help? Should I report it and delete it?

Report it as Spam. Do not open anything from strangers or download them. This seems to be the latest type of attacj where people get your gmail address and share files with you. Just delete and report as Spam.
