internal server error upon installation

I've tried to add Short Links to my domain twice now (tried different
urls to see if that would work).

I've set the CNAME record for the subdomain in both cases to be the
ghs.google.com.

When I go to the short link site (in this case now, it's
go.andystenz.com) I get a 403 Forbidden error. If I try to go the
admin page, I get a 500 Internal Server Error.

Any ideas what I'm missing?
