Migration to HRD - 4 days - Not done

I have started of a migration to HRD about 4 days ago.

It is still in the copy phase of the process.  I even tried 'Pause' and 'Resume'.   But no luck.

I have not received the response so far from the appengine team for the same issue filed here

The help is also asked on the Stackoverflow.   But no replies

Where else should I report this issue?  How do I get over with this.

Hello Chris,

The HRD migration is still in the Copy phase.  Everyday it is doing a reading of 3-4M data read operations.

It looks like you have a very large number of namespaces. This is a known issue with the GAE MR framework, we are looking into using an alternate approach to migrate your app.

Yes, there may be more than 5000 namespaces.
