Can't login to app after upload

Aloha,

I have uploaded YouTube Direct to my GAE account via Eclipse
(successfully) and am able to get to my login screen at
https://airlabtv.appspot.com/admin but when I login using my unique
Google Apps ID i get a 403 Error.

"Error: Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL /admin/ from this
server."

I have tried uploading under another GAE ID at https://airlabtvdirect.appspot.com/admin/
and also get a 403 Error when I try to login on that one (the
difference here being that I authenticate with @airlabtv.com on the
first one and any Google ID on the second (airlabtvdirect).

I have added my email address @airlabtv.com as a Developer on my GAE
account...what am I doing wrong?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
