Pretty sure they're wait listing everyone considering right when the
page went live at 9, everyone I know got the wait listing message. I
don't see 10k dev dudes hanging out for this, let alone all 10k of
them smashing the server and capturing their golden ticket.
But hey, I could be wrong.

After I try to check in, I got a message like this:

Is this the normal message that everyone gets or is the
limit reached?
I tried it this morning (08. april, European Timezone) and
I don't get any email.

They most likely have only 100 preview users and its marketing gimmick
to announce 10000 and than to say its houseful. This keeps all of us
busy thinking how super response they have received.
One full day has passed since they announced and there are only 327
users in this group i.e. 3% of users who have got access to preview
want to discuss about exploring the product.
I don't feel very happy being played with like this. This is NOT
correct.
