Verify Your Account by SMS from Uruguay

Hi,

Does anyone know how to verify one's account if you are living in
Uruguay?

I entered my number in the format required by the verificator but it
always gives "Mobile Number or Username" error.

Maybe you forget your country number.

Ex: in China, the phone number should be this style: +8613012345678 (begin with +86)

same here, I've used the format shown at this page:
http://www.howtocallabroad.com/uruguay/ both "598 9? ??? ???" and
"+598 9? ??? ???" none worked so please activate me manually, thank
you.
