What I'm really missing with GAE is a roadmap.
Currently it is a preview release (and I guess it's close to the final
version) but it is important to to have an idea when it will go really
live. Just the same with the pricing model.
Other important thing to know is if Google is planning to support
other programming languages in the future and what is the expected
timeline. Should we now start learning Python or wait e.g. 6 months as
PHP or perhaps a Java version of app engine will be released?
Hope Google can shed some light on these topics. I think it would be
good to add a 'Roadmap' section to the FAQ.
