List of items in memcache?

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to get a list of all keys
stored in memcache. I am storing values with somewhat unpredictable
names -- posts_page16, posts_page2 -- and I need to have code that
will not know the numerical values be able to delete those items from
the cache.
I've scoured the docs pretty closely, and nothing jumped out at me.
Any ideas?
