Overlapping Images

Hi,

 

        Can we overlap two Images using “ImagesService”.

        The required is to have an Image with Fixed Width and Height.

        But when I transform some Images the aspect ratio is maintained.

        Then to have the transformed Image with required fixed width and height,

        We can have one static transparent Image and overlap the transformed Image on it.

        Pl. suggest if any API is available for this.

Wouldn't it be easier to just use CSS for this?
