account creation failure ?? waiting list ?

Not sure if this is the correct place but I applied for an account
more than month ago and I am still on the waiting list, I've tried a
few times today again to see what is going on and I get one of the two
messages below, so I suspect something is wrong with my account
creation. Any pointer on how to get help on this ?

You can get started now by downloading our SDK and reading through our
documentation.

Or:

Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://
appengine.google.com/”. This might occur if you open a page that is
redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the
original page.

Hi reinaldo,

I'm guessing that your app is associated with your Google Apps domain.
If that is the case, you'll need to sign in to

http://appengine.google.com/a/perinola.net

Please let me know if that works.
