My application ( http://wordle.net/ ) has been 403'd for being over
quota.

But the dashboard shows that I'm not even a blip on the quota radar.

This is a crushing blow, as I just got a ton of publicity yesterday
from a well-traveled blog. Can anyone help?

AppEngine is just a beta program with well publicised quota limits.

The daily quotas are divided up into smaller time allocation/
measurement periods. My guess is your application will pop back into
life in a few hours.

Is there a popular long running page in your application? Is it over
one second?

Here's my milliseconds/request graph:

I believe that a bugfix I deployed this morning cause the CPU to
spike. I have undeployed the change, and all seems well again. For
now...
