App Engine experienced a brief urlfetch outage this evening. At
approximately 6:15 pm PST, all outbound web requests via urlfetch
started failing. This lasted for approximately 15 minutes. Normal
operation was restored throughout the system at 6:30 pm. A few brief
and scattered urlfetch failures persisted throughout the subsequent 25
minutes, but as of 6:55 pm PST, normal operation was fully restored.
