Between 5:50 am and 7:05 am PDT on Thursday, June 18, App Engine
experienced a serving disruption which affected all Python apps.
Latencies were elevated (3+ seconds) and there was an increase in
error rate (12%).
App Engine Service APIs, including the Datastore, were unaffected. The
only impact was an effective decrease in runtime CPU performance.
Java runtime apps were also unaffected.
The issue is now resolved.
