Python runtime issues

We're aware that there is an issue with the Python runtime and are
working on a fix. We'll update this thread with progress.

As of 5:30am PST, the Python runtime is operating normally. We'll
continue monitoring the situation carefully and update this thread
with additional information later today.

As of 7:00am PST, very small percentages of our app servers are still
affected by this issue.
We are working on a fix. We'll continue updating on this thread.

8:10am PST. If you are still seeing issues, please post your App IDs

A post-mortem will follow shortly describing what went wrong.

As of 8:10am PST, we have addressed the issues affecting the remaining
set of application servers. If you are still seeing issues, please
provide your App ID on the production issue tracker for this outage:

A public post-mortem will follow describing what happened this
morning. Thank you all very much for your help in chasing down this
issue.
