Application deployments are currently failing. We are currently

Deployment issues have been resolved.
The problems were caused by issues with an authorization service
beginning around 1:30pm Pacific Time affecting a small number of
applications. Error rates peaked between 2:45pm and 4:30pm. The issue
was addressed and the number of deployment failures began to drop. A
number of applications would have continued to experienced deployment
issues until approximately 5:20pm.
