The new documentation says the custom variables are now supposed to be
exposed through the API, but I am not getting anything from the new
(https://www.google.com/analytics/feeds/accounts/default?v=2) account
feed. I can confirm the new goals entries are appearing, but not the
custom variables.

Is there something special I have to do to see the new content? It is
visible through the main Google Analytics reports for the account I am
using.

I have seen a comment that Custom Variables may take a couple of days
before they appear in Google Analytics reporting. Mine showed up in
about 4 hours, but they are not included in the Account Feed results
as yet (about 24 hours).

Are the API feeds in sync with what Google Analytics reporting shows,
or is it possible that one will show different results than the other
for a couple of days?

Day 5 and I still do not see my Account Feed contain any
"ga:customVariable index='1' name='myVar' scope'visitor'" entries per
the new documentation. The dxp:segment and ga:goal elements are all
there, but none of the customVariables (I do have data visible in my
Google Analytics Visitor reports).

Does anyone have this working -- is it just me?

Hi Mike,

It looks like it's working for some profiles but not for others. This
is something we are further looking into.

Thanks for your patience!

Hey Mike,

This turned out to be an issue on our end. Being so close to the
holidays we decided to stop sending Custom Variable data through the
Account Feed. We'll try to get it back as soon as possible in the new
year. You can read the full description on our notify group:

Thanks for you patience,
