This week we released a change that not only results in much fresher AdWords
data, but also adds a number of new combinations for AdWords dimensions and
metrics. The AdWords data freshness is now about one hour, as opposed to
more than a day which was the case before this change. We've updated our interactive
valid combination tool<http://code.google.com/apis/analytics/docs/gdata/gdataReferenceDimens...>in the docs to make it easy to check out these newly added combinations for
the AdWords data.
On a related note, a few weeks ago we had made a change to disallow the API
queries that asked for ga:adGroup or ga:adContent with ga:impressions, since
some of these queries always returned 0. At the time, we heard from some of
you who wanted this data back in the API. We are happy to inform you that
based on your feedback, as part of this change these query combinations have
now been re-enabled, as well as fixed, to return the correct data.
