google.loader.ClientLocation not working

hi all,
I've noticed that google.loader.ClientLocation returns 'null' all the
time. Does anybody know if something was changed there recently? Do I
probably need to set a parameter while loading the jsapi?

Do other find that it appears Google's ClientLocation (geocoding
service) can't geolocate IP addresses anywhere nearly as well as other
services.

I constantly receive "null" returns yet Yahoo, Live and the rest can
always geolocate my IP address.

google.loader.ClientLocation used to work on my IP on my app
http://geo.webvm.net/

It's now not working. What gives?
