Hi there,
l have one issue, I'm interested in developing an app for windows
mobile, that perhaps uses Google translate on background, I will refer
and thank Google in the app as terms asked (logos, names, etc) but the
thing is.. is it legal to use your technologies on my app in where I
possibly obtain benefits from it? (Economic), of course always putting
the reference.
Dou you have any API for developing on windows mobile devices?
I am not a legal expert, so if you have any doubts about what I am
about to say, I would strongly recommend consulting someone who is.
But my understanding of the TOS is that you can build an application
that you charge for as long as the translation service is a free
portion of it. In other words, you are not permitted to charge end
users for an application which does translations as its primary
function.
