This is being investigated. Can you please let us know how you ended
up with that link? Are you using the Google loaders or directly
referencing that url? Did you come across it in a code snippet? etc
etc

That gfeed.css URL is mentioned in Feed API documentation,
in the "CSS Structure" subsection below the FeedControl section
on this page:

IIUC, the documentation may need to be updated.
(As you know: FeedControl CSS classes are now located in default.css.)

I came across that one and was wondering if there were others out
there too :)

If you (or anyone else) happens to come across any more pages or
samples using it please post again.

I have submitted the request to have the docs updated and just an fyi
for others reading this as well, the international versions of the
docs (in other languages) may take longer before they get updated.
Those refreshes don't happen as often.
